TVA Lake Information Line

To obtain the anticipated water release schedule—toll free 24 hours:

Call #1-800-238-2264

Instructions on feature calling:

A computer voice will answer “Welcome to the TVA Lake information line....

Press the 4 key — ‘This will get you to water release.

The voice will then say “If you know the two digit code for the darn your interested in please enter the number now.”

Press the two digit number now (listed above)

(Example: Caney Fork River, You would enter #37 for Center Hill Dam)

The voice will then say, “The following is a list of the last eight hours of discharge for “Center Hill Dam”

beginning at...”. If you don’t want to listen to the last eight hours of discharge, which is given in CFS,
(cubic feet per second).

Press the # Key

The voice will then say, “The water release schedule is subject to change without notice... The anticipated

water release schedule is usually on the computer by 4:00pm. The voice will give you the water release for

the remainder of the day ending at midnight. Then it will give you the next days predicted schedule,

starting at midnight for the next 24 hours.
