LAUREL HILL LAKE. Location: Approximately 15 miles west of Lawrenceburg. Take Peter Cave Road off U.S. 64 to lake entrance. From the Natchez Trace Parkway, take the Laurel Hill Lake exit (Brush Creek Road) to lake entrance. Size: 325 acres, Facilities: Laurel Hill does provide paddles and life jackets for the rental boats, but they do not rent trolling motors. Fishing licenses, fish attractors, fishing pier, bait & tackle, boat launching ramp, boat rentals, picnic areas, restrooms, grills, & primitive camping area are all available. There is a restaurant / bait shop that is open six days a week (closed Mondays) from March 1 until October 31. Contact (931) 762-7200 for more information. |
