Cherokee Lake. Fishing, Campsites with and without electric hookup, Showers, Restrooms, Drinking Water, Sanitary Dump Station, Picnic/day use, Marina, Fuel, Launch Ramp (small fee may apply). Cherokee Park features recreational sites and a nearby launch ramp is available off Brights Pike and Boat Launch Road (north of the park's peninsula). Panther Creek State Park offers camping facilities and is just off Tennessee State Route 11E. This lake is popular for fishing and many types of recreational activities. The main portion of the lake measures about 33 miles long. The Cherokee Park and one of the launch ramps are available off U.S. 25 E.
