Note: This is a private lake and is not open for public use. All persons without express written permission from the private landholder to enter onto the land or the lake will be considered trespassers and may be subject to prosecution. In addition, all such persons enter the land and/or the lake at their own risk.

The owners are Starlink Logistics, Inc. dba SLLI.

SLLI is in ownership of the area. SLLI applied for a minor modification via the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), Division of Solid Waste Management (DSWM), pursuant to Rule 1200-1-7-.02(3)(i) and (j). of Tennessee's Solid Waste Program Processing and Disposal Regulations permit, for the existing Rhone-Polenc/Aventis CropScience Industrial landfill from Bayer CropScience (formerly Aventis CropScience) to Starlink Logistics, Inc. Previous permit holders for the facility were Mobil Chemical Company, Rhone-Polenc Basic Chemicals Company/Rhodia, Rhone-Polenc Ag Co., Aventis, and Aventis Crop Science. The facility, is now identified as the SSLI Class II Landfill, IDL 60-0014, is located on Arrow Mines Road, approximately two miles southeast of Mt. Pleasant and 0.4 miles N of Arrow Lake , in Maury County, Tennessee (latitude N 35°30'55"/ longitude W 87°11'34"). The final decision to transfer/issue the Final Permit Decision was made on September 22, 2003.
